We had high expectations ....

We had high expectations of what this house might be when finished.  The early redesigns you incorporated into the initial plan, the manner that you set the house on the lot and contoured the back yard with the retaining wall, the combination of stone and Hardy materials and the way you designed and constructed the Lanai give this home great external appeal.  The interior finish is the crowning touch and results in a complete package that truly pleases us.

Thanks for bearing with us as your customer.  We went into this project with expectations of active participation in areas important to us and no participation in areas where our input was of no value or where we preferred to defer to your creativity and experience.  We had a thousand questions along the way, and this active interaction with you created a sense of partnership in the final product and is what makes this "our" home and not a spec that happened to be built by Providence Homes.  We see your fingerprints and ours on the finished product.  That is what makes this exciting to us! ....

Builders are plentiful, but...

"Builders are in plentiful supply, but it is a blessing to have one who is competent, trustworthy, flexible and absolutely cares that your house will be built exactly how you want it and built well. Stephen will provide his input (which you can rest assured is right!) and then let the homeowner make his decision. His carpentry and design skills translate into unique architectural elements that make your house stand out from the rest. Schedules mean something to Stephen - he makes them happen. I'm glad we were able to work with Stephen on this house - I predict that he will be in high demand in the very near future."
